From the moment you join the family, we will help provide financing for your total
investment. Our team will be with you every step of the way while helping you qualify
for your new restaurant.
Our real estate department will be working with you to find the best location for your
new restaurant. We look for locations that have between 800 to 2,500 square feet of
space, considering the population size, annual income, and demographic area. Our
business model allows us to place Saffron stores in diverse areas, such as business
plazas, universities, and main streets. Once we find the best location for you, we will
also assist with negotiating the lease terms.
RENOVATION AND BUILD OUT
After signing the lease, an architecture team will manage the entire process from
detailed design to permitting and construction.
If necessary, we will also help you find a contractor to renovate your new store.

From three weeks prior to opening, to the moment your doors physically open, we will
be helping you train your new employees. Our training program is necessary and very
important to the store’s success.
At this point, you will have a functional restaurant, a skilled team, food stock, personal
assistance to help support you going forward, and all the information that you need
to run your store.
ONGOING SUPPORT & MARKETING
Once your store is ready and your crew is strong enough, we begin marketing your
store. To make a big buzz in your area, we host a Grand Opening event at your
